Your kit comes with a season of tournaments
Buy your season kit from EKANA and your club gets a season of tournaments with it: on your own pitches, organised by us, for the people around your club.
What your club gets
Buy your season kit from EKANA and a season of tournaments comes with it, one your club does not organise.
EKANA prepares
- Your club's page with the season, the sign-up and the payment.
- The shirts for every tournament, with a design for each team.
- The posters, the flyers and the posts that announce each tournament.
- The season calendar and, for each tournament day, our people to run and referee it with yours, and a portable scoreboard with a timer.
Your club puts in
- Your pitches and your free hours.
- Your name on the tournaments, and the work of spreading the word with what EKANA gives you.
- Your written consent to use your pitches on the tournament days. Nothing more is asked of your club than on any match day: what the law asks of it, a doctor or first aid included, is already there.
And your club earns from it
- People on your pitches at hours that were empty, several times a season.
- Income from your own events, on hours when your pitches were unused.
- Services your club would otherwise have to hire, starting with your website.
- Parents involved in your club, and new families: the friends they bring into their teams.
- Players looking for a club, seen by your coaches.
- Presence in your town, with real events to post about.
What a season looks like
From the first meeting to the last result. Everything your club would have to organise is prepared by EKANA.
-
The first meeting
EKANA shows you a finished page in your colours: a season of tournaments with its sign-up and the shirt designs. You say which pitches and hours are free, and your club and EKANA agree together which groups the tournaments are for.
-
The calendar
Two orders a season. Your kit is ordered in February or March, so your club has it when the season starts in August. The tournaments are announced in early September and sign-up runs through September; the shirts and the prizes are ordered when it closes. The tournaments run from November on, spread as the deliveries allow. There is one tournament for each group, and each has its own theme, its own rules and its own shirt designs. They run on as few full days as possible: where the hours allow, several tournaments share one day, and the sponsors and the food trucks are set up for a full day, not every week.
-
Sign-up
A team signs up as a team: one person registers it, gives every player's size, chooses the team's shirt design and pays 200 euros for the whole team, VAT included. A team is 8 to 10 players. For an under-18 team, a parent does it. The person who registers the team accepts the terms of the tournament for it. Your club spreads the word with the flyers and posts EKANA gives you. Nobody at your club collects sizes or money.
A tournament runs when enough teams have paid by the deadline. If a tournament does not reach its minimum of teams, every team gets its money back in full.
-
The shirts
When sign-up closes, EKANA orders the shirts and the prizes of all the season's tournaments at once, only for the teams that paid. Each tournament offers one shirt design for each team place. A team picks one when it registers, and that design is gone for the others. The designs are made in advance. Every shirt carries your club's badge, the tournament's name and date, EKANA's logo and the team's design.
-
The tournament days
Our people and yours run each day and referee it. A portable scoreboard with a timer makes each game look organised. Fixtures and results are on the page. Sponsors and food trucks come when there are any. The winning team gets merchandise from EKANA and your club.
-
After each tournament
Photos and results go on the page. Players keep their shirts. The next date is already on the calendar.
This season's tournaments
A season your club does not organise
Page, sign-up, payment, shirts, posters, posts and calendar: all of it prepared by EKANA. Your club opens its pitches, puts its name on the tournaments and spreads the word.
Included in the deal
Three services that make your club look the way it plays. EKANA makes them in your colours; your club uses them. Nobody at your club designs or maintains anything.
-
The website
A modernised website for your club, built new or brought up to standard, with:
- The tournament registration and tracking: the season's dates, the sign-up, the payment, the fixtures and the results.
- The results and league table of your club's own teams.
What changes for your club
- People who look for your club online find a website worthy of it.
- Everything about the tournaments is at one address.
- Teams sign up and pay on your club's own site, under your name.
-
Social media
Ready-made images for your club's own accounts, in your colours:
- Each season, a set of images of people wearing your kit.
- On tournament days, team photos taken by EKANA's person at the ground.
What changes for your club
- Your club's posts look designed, without a designer.
- EKANA never touches your club's accounts.
-
Print
Printed material in your colours:
- Letterhead and an email signature for your club's correspondence.
- A poster and a flyer inviting children to join your club, at the start of the season.
- A poster and a flyer for every tournament, with a QR code that opens the sign-up.
What changes for your club
- Your letters and posters look official.
- Every tournament is announced around the ground in your club's own look.
-
Cheaper kit for introductions
5% of the first order of a team you introduce comes off your next kit order.
How it works

The people around your club. No need to be a member.
-
Parents
The parents of your players, with the friends they bring into their teams.

-
Former players
Those who played at your club and are still close by.
-
Local businesses and groups
The shops, companies and groups of friends around your club, who form a team for a day and come to play on your pitches.
What they take home
- A tournament to play in.
- A shirt with your club's badge, the tournament's name and date, EKANA's logo and their team's design.
- Evenings and weekend mornings with people from their town.
- A link to your club without being a member.
- For the winning team, merchandise from EKANA and your club.
